Privacy policy

Effective October 3, 2026. CREALITE LLC provides Gem Grove: Match 3 Puzzle for Android. This policy covers its ad-enabled Android version and these Gem Grove web pages.

Saved on your device

Puzzle state, stars, tool balances and sound, haptic and motion preferences are stored in app-private storage. There is no Gem Grove account, cloud-save service or studio gameplay backend. CREALITE LLC does not receive these game records through an app server. Android backup and device transfer are disabled for these records.

Advertising

The game uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google may collect and share IP-derived approximate location, advertising and other device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic/performance information for advertising, analytics, SDK operation and fraud prevention. No separate studio analytics or session replay SDK is integrated. Having no account does not mean that ad-provider data is not collected.

The app updates regional consent information before initializing ads and checks Google’s canRequestAds status. Where required, Settings → Ad privacy choices lets you revisit your choices. Android’s privacy settings provide advertising-ID controls. Ad availability and personalization depend on region, privacy choices, provider settings and network availability. Non-personalized ads may still process the data described above. Ordinary puzzles are playable when ads are unavailable. Optional rewarded ads add two of the selected tool only after the provider reports an earned reward.

Google handles information under Google’s privacy policy and its partner-app information. No additional ad mediation networks are integrated.

Information not requested

The Android game does not request precise GPS location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, health data, financial information or user uploads. Fonts and artwork are bundled. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, chat, marketing-email signup or user-content systems.

Support and website

If you email admin@crealite.online, CREALITE LLC receives your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use them to answer and resolve your request and retain correspondence for as long as needed for support and applicable obligations. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information.

These Gem Grove pages use locally hosted assets and add no analytics, tracking cookies or contact-form backend. Other CREALITE website pages use Google Analytics, which is separate from these pages and from the Android game. Vercel, our website hosting provider, may process IP addresses, requested URLs and technical logs to deliver and secure the pages. See Vercel’s privacy policy.

Retention, deletion and choices

Game records remain until you clear Android app storage or uninstall; this also removes saved progress and unused tools. There is no account to delete. Clearing the game does not delete Google or hosting-provider records, which follow their respective policies and controls. Audience

Gem Grove’s intended Android audience is ages 13 and above. It is not intended for children under 13. The game does not provide parental-consent or age-verification features. If you believe a child has sent personal information to CREALITE LLC, contact us so we can investigate and address information we hold. Regional age and advertising requirements must be assessed before launch.

Your rights and contact

Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact CREALITE LLC at admin@crealite.online. For information processed independently by Google or Vercel, use their privacy controls and request processes as well.

Changes

We update this page when the Android game’s providers or data practices change. The effective date identifies this version.
