Your data and deletion
CREALITE LLC’s Android game has no account or studio cloud-save database. Puzzle state, stars, tools and preferences stay on your device.
Remove game records
Open Android Settings → Apps → Gem Grove → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall. Device wording may vary. This removes saved progress, unused tools and preferences and cannot be undone through a Gem Grove account. Reset garden progress in the game clears levels and stars but keeps tools; it is not full data deletion.
Advertising records
Where required, use Settings → Ad privacy choices in the game to revisit regional choices. Android’s privacy controls let you manage advertising identifiers. Clearing the game does not delete records processed by Google. Use Google’s privacy controls and request processes for those records.
Support correspondence
Request access, correction or deletion of correspondence held by CREALITE LLC at admin@crealite.online, from the address used for the original message. Tell us what you want removed; do not send identity documents unless we explain an appropriate verification need. Applicable obligations may require retaining some records; we will explain relevant limitations.
